Grief Sound Bath

Grief is a part of life, it is love with nowhere to go. We lose loved ones, pets, family connections, jobs, physical abilities, loss of habitat. It is something that society does not like to talk about, yet we all experience it. It does not matter what type of grief you are experiencing; this is a sound bath welcome to all grief.

The heart chakra will be the focus of this session. Using the note F at times with various instruments. This note is associated with the heart chakra to nourish the heart space and bring in loving energy to feel and release grief held in the body. Blending Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rain sticks and drums together to create a musical experience where one is invited to release any emotions or feelings.
