A sound bath is a musical experience using sacred sound instruments that relax the mind and stimulate the senses.  Encouraging one to let go of stress and relax deeply. Each session 
is uniquely crafted, building a pattern of sound waves that take the mind into an altered state.

Himalayan singing bowls are placed on and around the body creating frequencies that establish harmonic resonance. This recalibrates cells on a vibrational level and releases energetic blockages. The sounds and vibrations induces the relaxation response. Other sacred sound instruments are played in alignment with the client's needs, developing unique roadmaps to encourage self-healing.
