Sound Bath: Emergence

The beauty of Spring is in full force, with flowers emerging from the  warming soil to the lush canopies in the tree tops. We can be like  those flowers, emerging from seeds to flowers. Moving through the soil,  past any difficulties and becoming the beautiful person we want to be.

Sound  healing techniques are used in my sound journeys. I will be moving  energy up the body starting with the lower chakras. Nourishing each one  with the beautiful tones and vibrations. A mini meditation will start  the session, allowing one to deepen into the experience. Himalayan and  Crystal Singing bowls, Grotta Senora gongs, shamanic drumming, crystal  pyramid, koshi and flow chimes are blended together with the power of  intention to create a unique sonic experience.
